Training is the process of increasing your strength. You can train once a day in each training facility in "My places > Training grounds".

All of the Q1 buildings can be obtained automatically without any cost when the citizen reaches a certain level - 1 - Weights Room; 3 - all the rest. Once received, training facilities cannot be completely dissolved, however, they can be upgraded/downgraded between Q1 and Q4.

Each training facility has different kinds of effects on your training and costs differently to use.

Upgrade and Downgrade

The citizen can upgrade/downgrade one quality level at a time (from Q1 to Q2, then Q2 to Q3 and finally from Q3 to Q4 in case of an upgrade, or from Q4 to Q3, then Q3 to Q2 and finally from Q2 to Q1) or they can skip several quality levels (for example - from Q1 to Q3, or from Q4 to Q1).

The four Buildings have the same Upgrade cost:

  • From Q1 to Q2 costs Icon - Gold.gif 20 GOLD
  • From Q1 to Q3 costs Icon - Gold.gif 70 GOLD
  • From Q1 to Q4 costs Icon - Gold.gif 170 GOLD
  • From Q2 to Q3 costs Icon - Gold.gif 50 GOLD
  • From Q2 to Q4 costs Icon - Gold.gif 150 GOLD
  • From Q3 to Q4 costs Icon - Gold.gif 100 GOLD

Downgrade Refund

The four Buildings have the same Downgrade refund (50 % of the upgrade value):

  • From Q4 to Q3 you get Icon - Gold.gif 50 GOLD
  • From Q4 to Q2 you get Icon - Gold.gif 75 GOLD
  • From Q4 to Q1 you get Icon - Gold.gif 85 GOLD
  • From Q3 to Q2 you get Icon - Gold.gif 25 GOLD
  • From Q3 to Q1 you get Icon - Gold.gif 35 GOLD
  • From Q2 to Q1 you get Icon - Gold.gif 10 GOLD
