Thalio Voss was a citizen of the 
USA. After seeing an advertisement on YouTube he decided to join Erepublik. He had always liked browser games, such as Travian.
The main purpose of his eLife was to make this world a better place where it could flourish and turn into a stronghold of awesomeness.
Name Meaning
Nobody knows the real name of Thalio Voss. The only thing known is the username Thalio Voss which was taken from the Ancient Greek name (thallṓ, “flourish”) which is pronounced Tah-lee-0h. While Voss (also known as Voß in German), meaning fox.
Early life
Thalio Voss was born in May 13, 2016 (Day 3097), in Shannon, 
Ireland which was occupied by USA at that time. Very little is known about his past, as there isn't any known source which can give us some detail of that part of his life. Due to the constant attacks that have arisen in this area of Ireland. Most records about him have been damaged or lost due to the constant bombing in the city.
We only know that after living for a few days in the area, he left Shannon and moved to USA, to the state of Colorado - 
to join the Dictatorship campaign. After a successful campaign in Colorado and wishing to change air and start a new life, he moved to Annapolis but since he didn't get used to living in a small city he moved to District of Columbia. He got a new job and trained hard every day. Learning about everything about erepublik.
Politics
Even though the military was the main part of Thalio's everyday life in the new world, his original passion in the new world was politics. The young citizen soon became very ambitious and took it upon himself to make a splash in local politics. Thalio Voss joined as a member of We The People - (WTP) under Party President rainy sunday, hoping to start a political career there, in May 25th, 2016, Thalio Voss was elected as congressman of USA for the first time, from his WTP party. In his time as congressman of the USA, he was very quiet... the main reason was his lack of experience and didn't get re-elected right away. At this time he has served twice as a congressman.
On that same day, he got a phone call from James Schubert, a member of the SFA asking him if he was interested in serving in his future cabinet as a member of the security council. June 5th, 2016 came rather quickly for him, but the results were not favorable to James Schubert, so his first dream to be part of the government came to an end for some time. In October 2016 Tralio Voss was appointed as a DoCA's Deputy in charge of the Stack the wall Program by Comet Academy.

Thalio Voss first steps in battle were as mercenary, but since he didn't have enough experience in combat he decided to join a military unit, so he joined the American Civilian Militia to help Tyler Bubblar in his dictatorship campaign, but as soon as the campaign was over he left the Militia to join the United States Armed Forces - USAF on May 16, 2016, as a member of the 5th regiment. After he got his first slayer decoration (3rd rank) he was promoted to the 3rd Regiment under the command of Regiment Captain Kodos. Easy Company was Thalios last military unit.

Mercenary
Thalio Voss was deeply involved with the USA political system at first, so being a Mercenary, and fighting in another country's war wasn't for him. He was too busy fighting for USA in the resource wars, so he didn't have time to fight in a foreign war.
But after the resource wars were over on June 5th, 2016 he started fighting again as a Mercenary. Been a Mercenary has been an important matter for Thalio Voss. He found a way to fight as Mercenary without interfering his duties with his Military Unit.

Economic
Upon joining the New World, and when Thalio Voss reached level 6, he spent his reward gold in buying ammo. He would go on to learn that this is a common newbie mistake; because of this, he became motivated to learn more about the game, and had to find a job to gain money and felt into a job under the employment of darksrevan, earning a salary of 
122.5 USD. On May 30th, 2016 (Day 3,117) Thalio Voss was one of the congressmen to agree to reduce the work tax to 1%, but it wasn't a good choice as with such small tax, the budget of the country started eating the country reserves. Hoping to get more money he changed jobs very often and since the work taxes were so low he started gaining more money from his works earning a new salary of 127.56 USD.
Thalio Voss for a while tried to build his own Weapon factory, but the lack of money was always a major factor for not growing his companies. He manages a few companies although not all were used at the moment because of not having enough money to manage them. On June 5th, 2016 he finally was able to build his first Weapon factory Q1.
But the Market conditions worsened for him as the time passed and it was clearly from financial projections that profits were almost impossible to achieve in a short run, so he started doing special missions to gain gold and money. On Jun 8th, 2016 he was finally able to gain money. But Gold was still a big issue for him.

In his early years, Thalio Voss tried to find a religion of his own, but he was strongly motivated by the desire to be happy and experience various kinds of pleasure. Personal instant gratification was gold for him. The thinking wasn’t fun for him anymore! Unless he was thinking about how to get what he wanted as quickly and effortlessly as possible. Since he believed Dioism, was an evil cult started by an ex-servant of god, soon he realised that other religions started as sects or branches of Dioism too, and all these called religions were against his beliefs. He began a pilgrimage to different places in the world looking for that special religion. On May 28, 2016 (Day 3111), while he was in Mississippi, he discovered the Church of the New World or Churchism as his religion, but he never had the chance to join the faith.
On June 11, 2016,Day 3126, after the end of the Resource Wars (2016) he abandoned his faith. On October 25, 2015 ('Day 3252) he created his own religion which he called [[Neoism], Neoism never got a chance to be an official religion in the new world, but for Thalio that wasn't important.

On May 20th, 2016 he founded his Newspapers Thalio Voss press His first article was his presentation as a candidate for Congress and was published on May 21st, which was a success as he got the job in Congress. His second article wasn't interesting at all, but he had to write something to accomplish his first journalist mission.
