Government and Politics
Country President
Much like other countries, the country president chooses his or her own ministers to work in various departments of the government at the beginning of the term. These ministers carry out the wishes of the country president and report back to him or her. The current President of Bolivia is Hannibal68.
Current government
While the ministries do vary between terms, essential ministries such as that of Defence, Economy, and Foreign Affairs are always staffed. Below are the details of the ministries for the January 2022 term.

Economy
Taxes
The government of Bolivia has set a comparably high work tax when compared to other countries. This is largely due to the relatively small population with which taxes can be collected, so as a result taxes are higher in an effort to increase the daily revenue of the state.

Military
As a result of being one the weakest nations in the World - both economically and militarily - Bolivia has not ever had a national military unit, and instead, it relies on the private military units maintained by groups of people or private citizens. The Ministry of Defence does not involve itself in the affairs of these military units and does not provide guidance as to where orders should be set.
The most powerful military units as of March 2014 (by opponents killed) were Comando Templario, Fuerzas Armadas de Bolivia, Union Militar Boliviana, and CCR. Comando Coquero Rotoista.

History
Beginning
The first Bolivian citizen recognized was Ernesto_Guevara, who invited other Bolivian users in the Beta times.
Building the Bolivian community in exile
The promise of a new Version and the chance of new countries rising the New World forced the disperse Bolivian community to travel around the world and stay in an Argentinian province (Mendoza).
A dead party, Union Argentina (Argentinian Union), was occupied and renamed as Union Boliviana (Bolivian Union).
Bolivian industries
With the efforts of the Bolivian community, a strong industry was created in Argentina named "Industrias aNc." Starting with the weapon company, the company quickly became fiscally successful, allowing the opportunity to expand into the Housing and Raw Material (Iron and Wood) industries in V1.
Building Bolivia
With Bolivia in he new world, a new era started for the Bolivian community. Building a country from zero was a titanic effort, but the commitment of everyone involved in that was enough to secure an organized economy, focused in quality and creating a mixed economy, with the private investor working in manufacture and land, and the Government controlling the Construction and Defensive buildings (Hospitals and Defense systems).
A unified political party was created, Union Boliviana and endorsed by the original Bolivian community by unanimity.
In the first Congress elections, two PTO groups arrived in the country: a Polish one, creating the AFK party and a Swedish group creating Democracia Nacional.
With a final rush of votes, the Polish PTO group won the congress election, getting the absolute majority in congress seats.
After a desperate attempt to save the Bolivian funds (more than 1000 golds and 75.000 Bolivian currency) the Polish PTO group obtained the Bolivian funds and started the devastation of the Bolivian tax rates, proposing insane tax rates. After that, the group left the country and the rebuilding process started.
The solidarity and commitment of the Bolivian community were enormous, providing the elected Bolivian president enough tools (specially contributed funds) to continue the process of creating the basement of the Bolivian economy.
Bolivian government built a Q4 Hospital company, a Q3 wood company and a Q1 Moving Ticket company. Taxes were adjusted to the particularities of the country and the economy was becoming healthier.
At that time, Bolivia had one of the highest GNP per capita in the continent, a proof of the good work made on the economy.
The new Q4 hospital got the country the objective base to join wargames, proposed and supported by a Romanian group (BCC) and coordinated with the third Bolivian president jesusfbo. The Hospital National Company (Caja Nacional de Salud) was raised to Q5 as well.
A grain company was added to the government administration and a weaponry Q1 was being administrated by the Min. of Defense.
The Altiplano War: Chile and Argentina vs Bolivia
On 27 July 2009, the president of Chile (ProfetaVI), after approving a War proposal against Bolivia, started an invasion against the Bolivian region of Bolivian Altiplano with the official support of Argentinian government and his Armed Forces[1].
Bolivia, a country without existent defenses (no hospital was finished at the time), was confronting the combined forces of his enemies.
A diplomatic work started in both sides, with Bolivia getting the support of several countries and organized groups around the world, including groups of volunteers from Argentina, Croatia, Brazil, Turkey, China, etc.
Several excuses were exposed by the Chilean government including: "Bolivia is a menace for South America", "Bolivia is a USA and Polish colony".
At the end of the war, and after a civil protest in Argentina and Chile, their leaders recognized the reasons behind the attack: Trying to get the high regions from Bolivia (High Wood in Bolivian Altiplano and High Grain in Beni&Cochabamba, for Argentina and Chile respectively).
The decisive Brazilian intervention, with the presence of tanks and Elite Commandos, kept the attacked region under Bolivian control.
The activation of several MPPs between the Bolivian government and several countries (Turkey, Slovenia, Brazil, and Poland) stopped the intention of new attacks on Bolivian territory.
A hard negotiation seeking for a Peace Treaty (including a Peace Proposal approved in Bolivian congress but refused in Chilean Congress) was started by the Bolivian government but refused by the Chilean president. Chilean and Argentinian leaders were Impeached by their respective congress but stayed on charge.
Finally, with the end of his president period, the peace was granted with a Peace Proposal approved by the new Chilean congress and the Bolivian one on 11 September 2009[2].
